When the work is done, we do a final walkthrough of the vehicle with you. This is your chance to see everything up close, ask questions, and make sure you're fully satisfied before we consider the job complete.
If there's anything you're not happy with, we want to know right then and there. We'd rather take care of it on the spot than have you leave with a concern you didn't get to raise.
Step 7: Payment and You're Done
